Managing Director:    

Fizikem is the brain child of Mr.C.C.Kesava Rao The Managing Director and the driving force behind group activities.

He started as a small retailer in the year 1971 at Vijayawada the commercial capital of Andhra Pradesh after his basic education, developed lot of interest and aquired knowledge in dispensing all kinds of medicines to thousands of patients.

The regular interactions with patients, happiness expressed by them once they are relieved from ailments drew him more to this noble profession of healthcare without any second thought.

After the success of his retail chain he aimed high in Pharma business and started distribution activities of many companies in the state of Andhra Pradesh and slowly extended to other southern states.

His penchant for success, never say die attitude and thorough knowledge of industry developments made him to think beyond distribution activities.
He wanted to do something big which can influence and bring a change on a larger note through alternative system of ayurvedic medicines which he considered safe when compared to other systems of medicines in the world, thus gave birth to ‘Fizikem'.

After 10 years of stupendous success in Ayurvedic manufacturing he desired to start Allopathic drug manufacturing and went on doing in the year 1998 at vijayawada.

With recent developments in india to avail the tax benefits the Allopathic unit is shifted to the industrial hub BADDI (Himachal Pradesh) in the year 2007.

Director:

Mr.C.C.Kesava Rao is supported by his only educated son Mr.Sudheer as Director of the company who did his bachelors degree in pharmacy from the University of Bangalore.

He joined his father in the year 2000 underwent enough training to handle the group activities and presently looking after north india marketing.
